ROMS drama has taken 8 national titles in the National Youth Arts awards, as well as 18 additional nominations!

Over 550 productions spanning 16 states were submitted this year, and our students were recognized as the best in their categories. These students are evaluated and scored by judges affiliated with the NYAs, and are recognized on stage at a regional ceremony in Los Angeles. Please join us on June 10th for the awards ceremonies.

This year we also took two technical awards (set design and direction) which are not separated into a Junior Division, but evaluated along side high school and performing arts school productions. Additionally, Kaylah Copeland was given a special recognition as a Junior Artist of the Year for having won awards for three different roles in one year! That title would not have been an option for her had she not been able to participate in the summer program last year.

The cast of Curtains has been invited to perform at the ceremony, and will be staging the crowd favorite "Thataway!" for one last time!

Thank you all for supporting our program and these incredible students.
