Glendora Earth Day Festival
Glendora’s Annual Earth Day Festival will be held on Saturday, April 13 at Glendora City
Hall, located at 116 E. Foothill Blvd, Glendora, CA from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. This popular,
free community event provides a unique opportunity to learn about the environment in a family-friendly setting. The entire day will consist of “green” education, live entertainment, vendors,
food, and fun activities for all ages.
The purpose of the Earth Day Festival is to educate residents on ways to be environmentally aware and to learn how to can make a difference in your local community. The goal is to remind people to take action now to protect the environment.
Activities offered at this year’s event will include a number of collection services including confidential document destruction, used motor oil and filter disposal and beverage container recycling. There will also be a Community Bike Ride, Smart Gardening Workshops and several activities for the kids,
including an animal magic show.
Local businesses and organizations are invited to host a vendor booth at the Earth Day Festival. The deadline to register for a vendor booth is March 25, 2019.
