In this workshop you will learn to get into and refine basic arm balances. Many of the foundational postures, Chaturanga, Mountain Pose, Downward Dog, etc. will help you develop the arm strength, core stamina and balance that you'll need for arm balances. Pay particular attention to your allignment when practicing these postures, as it will help train your body to achieve correct allignment.
All donations will be going to the flood victims in Louisiana, Samaritan's Purse, where all donatins will get to the victims.
